Great game and a W is a W, take it how you can get it. What's done is done, but for all of you fans who watched it and say this was a touchdown. You need to go to the eye doctor asap or upgrade to a bigger TV. They got solid deals at Costco right now, and black friday is coming up too!

Referee Behind Controversial Ending to Monday Night Football is from Santa Maria

SANTA MARIA, Calif. - A replacement official from Santa Maria is now at the center of controversy over the Seahawks' 14 to 12 win over the Green Bay Packers on Monday Night Football.

Santa Maria resident Lance Easley was a side judge on the field when it all happened. Russell Wilson threw a 24-yard touchdown to Golden Tate at the end of the game. He scrambled, then threw it to the corner of the end zone when the clock expired. Wilson started wrestling with M.D. Jennings for possession.

Easley ran toward the players and then ruled it a touchdown. After reviewing the game, referee Wayne Elliot told the crowd "the ruling of the game still stands."

Easley lives in Santa Maria. He referees for junior college football and basketball games. He also is the president of the Los Padres Basketball Officials Association.

if the refs fucked up on the field ok its going to the booth but the officials in the booth said touchdown and those are the regular officials in the booth...

so if anyone is to blame its the regular officials in the booth but truthfully idk if its a int or touchdown...
I don't think they could review the interception since the call was touchdown, all they could review was if the ball hit the ground. That was the only thing that could over turn it from a touchdown to an incomplete pass. The review was useless and a slap in the face to the packers.

no. if they saw evidence that jennings had the ball they could overturn it and rule it a touchdown. it's not about touching the ground or anything like that, the scoring review is to review scoring plays to see if a score actually happened. touching the ground is only part of it.

but it doesn't matter, the replacement refs fucking suck and there's replacement refs reviewing upstairs in the booth. think about it, the entire NFLRA is on strike, which must also include those in the booth. and it's not like there's one or two blown calls every week like with the NFLRA, its at least 2 blown calls per game, at least 2 phantom calls, and at least 2 times per game where the replacements look absolutely lost. EVERY FUCKING GAME!

fuck tho, this morning I was like "I should change my pick to seattle" and then I got high
