from a source that works there....

Alex Smith was INT'd 10 times during training against our defense....

Josh Johnson was INT'd 4 times that day...

Tolzien 6 and Kaepernick was INT'd 2 times that day as well.....

And Alex Smith STIILL HAD PROBLEMS IN 3RD DOWN CONVERSIONS, EVEN WITH ALL THAT MANY WEAPONS...

Practice is where you want to make your mistakes at, that's how you learn. We'll see how he does once the real season starts.

It was super windy/chilly last night! Had fun though!

can't see your pic lol...

yeah..some of my boys went to the game and said the same thing...

but what did you think of Tolzien though?

Me personally, I think Tolzien can take the 49ers to the Superbowl, he looks super ready ...

I still have doubts on Alex Smith...but we'll see how he progresses during the regular season.

but as far as my #2 QB ...I say Tolzien...

Kaep played nice, but he seemed a little inconsistent and his pocket presence was not there at all....

How did you guys feel about Tolzien's performance?

The guy continues to impress me. (I've only seen him twice, once against us when he was playing for SD)

But 2 of his incompletions were blatant drops, and the interception he threw was cause more by the 300 pound man crashing into him as he threw it.

He's accurate, and seems to make quick decisions. Now I understand he wasn't playing against the first team defense either time, but I also read that the Niners defensive backs gave him the nickname "Baby Drew Brees" because of his ability to read the defense.

Oh, and here's my pic from Friday's game:

^^Donte Whitner gave him that name because of his ability to grasp the offense and not get rattled on the field... today he was listed as the #4 on the qb depth chart much to coach dfresh's chagrin...

Because Alex Smith is more accurate, and also consistent in the pocket huh? And Kaep is better than Tolzien right?

If you really think Tolzien should be #3 or #4 QB.. I can't type to you ever again..
