Channel Orange is an amazing album. Worth all the hype it's getting for sure. IMO, I don't give a shit what u do in your personal life when it comes to music. Good music is good music.

Anyway, I went to his show last night in SF at the Regency. Shit was crackin. Frank Ocean is dope live too, no one there was disappoint. Interesting Chronicle article on it here: http://www.sfgate.com/music/article/Frank-Ocean-review-Bold-words-on-love-3713927.php

My only complaint was he didnt do Swim Good or Lost. Other than that, well worth it.

He has done that flow here and there before (see below), but seems to be doing it more so now.. well from the little output we've heard from him at least. He sounded great on Oldie and the song with Casey Veggies imo.

I agree with you overall though but that said I really liked his actual verse. I wonder if his voice getting deeper just gives it more of a lack of emotion than before.

Vince killed it in my opinion but I thought everyone came correct on the song.

Song is decent but it's not a strong single in my opinion. Really don't like the song title being said over and over again at the start then in the background. The beat is pretty dope and Hodgy comes correct so I don't know. Maybe it's just not my style I guess.

Anyways, Domo's No Idols drops August 1st they just announced.
