Dope hat I had that exact same one when I was little. The quality on these new retros is worse than the fucking FAKES out there. The leather feels like some thin plastic cardboard shit, the "metal" lace holders are actually plastic spray painted with fake shiny metal paint and The tongue is short as fuck compared to the real ones. I gave JB one more chance before I picked these up, but no more. Only OGs and pre 06 retros for me from now on. Nike still putting out quality shit, but Jb needs to get their shit together especially as they keep raising the prices. This is where I should of kept my 12s after I bought em.

Usually i'm the forst to defend when people say the retros are shitty quality but these 12's that i just got in the mail are the worst material shoe i own. i mean what the fuck were they thinking ruining a classic like this. all the money they make and they couldnt even put metal lace holder on the damn thing SMH. selling these and getting the ogs. fuck this shitty ass shoe.

side note Lebron Elite are NASTY. they are sooo damn comfy and built like a shoe should be built. pics to come later.
