not saying what I believe but these are the names that come to my mind that would have thier general fans convinced they are "REAL"...thats not to say I believe they are the opposite. I just never met any of them to know how solid they are or would be in "REAL" situations tho.

c-bo, gucci mane, 40 glocc, rich the factor....
like the homie said tho most underground rappers who aint known out of there hood most likely HAVE to live it.

Rap is about entertainment first just like any other musical genre. Any fan who thinks otherwise is misguided. Trey Songz got a song about inventing sex should we believe he did just cuz he sing about it? lol its entertainment folks. And the rappers who do live what they rap about usually don't have very long careers.
this too.

AP.9, Killa Tay, Mitchy Slick, X-Raided, The Jacka, Lil Ric, Canibus, Tech N9ne, Cormega (To name a few)all live or have lived what they write and rap about. I've seen it, had the pleasure to be with these individuals in real life to talk about it. Now its up to us to teach these new Ears how not to make our mistakes. AP.9 hit me up! Killa Tay hit me, need to talk about your son's career.
