This episode highlights the personal account of an Australian named Tim Schrader who went to Bangkok to teach English. After being strapped for cash, he would attempt to smuggle heroin to the United States. He would be caught at the airport, and would be sentenced to a long term confinement in a Thailand prison.

This episode tells the account of Michael Morey, who would fall in love with a woman. He would help this woman smuggle cocaine from Ecuador to Europe. He would do this with over 4 kilos of cocaine. He would pass through security in Ecuador, but would be caught at customs after arriving in Madrid.

Crazy story but a bit sad/depressing. Also didn't spend much time talking about the time he actually spent locked up, other than a few minutes talking about being addicted to heroine.

Amazing story nonetheless.

Yeah, I watched it. It was a bit of a sad episode. I give the dude credit for keepin' on though in his condition. Fuck that douch that supposedly set him up too, I'm glad he overdosed and died.

yeah what a terrible situation to be in, going from living a fun party life in bangkok to that. I was thinking though, if not for the condition he got he'd still either be locked up or dead. So maybe in a way getting sick was a good thing for him.

This is the only one I've seen but was really impressive.


A guy gets caught for smuggling hash. He is innocent, the authority knows this and but because they could not convict anyone else for it. He got sentenced to jail.
He managed to escape a couple of times but ended up getting recaptured every time.
