so 2 partys from two sides of my street witnessed the ice cream man back up from his drive way and super knock my shit and smash off.....he knew he hit my shit cus dude said he hit the corner hella fast, then i guess he came back around and some girl ice cream man got in the driver seat and hit the corner.........so some minutes after i got word, i go across the street and talk to the old lady that lives there and advised her of the incident and all the sudden she starts talking hard core arabic (i assume). i never talked to her before but i've talked to her husband a few times, an older gentleman, and he talks descent english........basicly she's playin dumb, imo........
so my question is, ice cream mans have insurance right? i mean, i could brake him with out insurance getting involved but i dont know what to and how to calculate all the expenses........ive had cars stolen, broken into, ran into by fleeing car,hit and got the info right there, hit and run with out catching person, but i've never had an incident where it was hit and run but i can actually catch dude.......the only time i had to brake some one cus they was drivin dumb was a paisa back in the day that had an itchy gas foot......i broke him for like 70 bucks for a broken reflector, but i did that estimation my self.....as far as this one, ima need a rental cus they gonna have to paint my shit too..........
so if he wants to settle between us, what do i have to take into consideration as far as expences? if i have to get his insurance involved then ima press charges too cus he was an ass and ran....plus an ice cream man gettin sideways falls into a loose category along with crooked cops and pedi priests......
so yeah, what would i want to take into financial consideration...........
