you really think dude put the hit on the 11yr old kid? why do you think that? i think he has kids himself, which is going to save walt and jesse from getting fucked up cause he'll find out what the two dudes did to thomas. i think its weird that gus is even working with those two dudes in the first place. hes making millions a month while those guys are pulling in what, a few thousand at the max a day? why would he waste his time working with some street thugs who create bodies, and put himself at risk?
anyway, walt had been pissing me off the past few episodes, and he had me at the edge of my seat yelling holy fuck at the end of this episode. like bald dude told him, No half stepping walt.

I also find it odd that Gus is working with the two street level thugs, especially seeing as he doesn't associate with junkies and lowlifes. Now he brings Jesse to a face to face meeting at his los pollos plant. It's all a chess game to Gus. Just like it was with the DEA and the moves he made against the Cartel. The only way he'd call a meeting like that is if he had something bigger in mind. Like Mike said things always get back to the boss, if he had been working with these dealers then he already knew they were using kids. He also knew Jesse would not stand idle if he knew they killed Tomas. It would be an easy way to get rid of Jesse without pissing off Walt who is forming a father/son type relationship with Jesse.
Right, I think that's what makes Gus so uh.. how do I put it, unappealing to me? He's completely unpredictable and we don't know much about him at this point or what hes up to. All I know is this better not turn into some shit like on the wire where avon kind of fades away and stringer takes the reins... fades into marlo

Gus is probably the most appealing character to me so far. His character is like Walt's, almost exact. They are both intellectuals, both have families, both appear to be normal people, but beneath it all they are both cold blooded killers. Gus is just a move evolved version of Walt and Walt doesn't even fully realize it yet.
i dont know if anybody noticed, but when two characters on this show are having one on one conversations, does anyone notice their faces??
they have this thing where half their face is in the shadows and dark and the other side of the face is cast in the light. i'm not sure if this is done intentionally to signify the fact that these characters have this dark side to them, you know the whoel drug trade, bad side that they want to dip their hand in the honey jar. and then you have the other side, where they are normal human beings and have a normal life outside the whole drug trade thing.
i mean walt has this lighter side revolving around his family. we even saw gus and his human side, preparing a meal. i guess you have to have a human side, when you are in this kind of business, otherwise, it would fuckin tear your soul and you wouldnt be a human anyymore.

gus does indeed have kids. if you saw in the episode where gus invites walt over to dinner, in gus's living room are some toys and kids stuff. he is either divorced, and has the kids over for visitation, or this is one of his many homes. i will go with that he is divorced like walt and skylar, i dont think the wife of gus's wanted the kids growing up around that kind of business that gus is invloved with.
gus did put the hit on the 11 yr old tomas, to appease jesse's mounting desire to kill the two street thug dealers. gus thought that it would steer jesse away from killing them, and satisfy jesse taht the person you pulled the trigger on his boy combo was killed, an eye for an eye.
but, jesse has street morals and saw thru it and thought it was wrong, so he wasnt satisfied since the two street thugs ordered the kid to shoot combo.
i gotta think taht Mike guy killed the 11 year old. i mean come on, "no half measures"
i have to wonder also why gus is even dealing directly with street level dealers. gus should be having a middle manager, that way nothing is traced back to him, but gus did say taht they were "trusted associates", so gus must really have a very good, i mean a very good rep and superior trusting relationship with the two street thugs that gus dont need no middle manager to deal with them. either that or they are real family to him, like his real nephews.
does anyone know gus's nationality or ethnicity?? i dont think he is african-american. he seems more like he is like honduran, or central american.
as for where this show is going. i get the feeling like someone said is walt is going to take over the meth trade, turn into heisenberg again. gus will be out of the pciture, and everyone will have no choice, but to follow walt's lead since he is the only one that can make the product or knows how to make the product.
walts gonna have jesse be "gus" by running the show, while walt produces the product.
saul's weasel ass is finally gonna die, hopefully. i hope skylar dies soon too. at first she didnt get on my nerves, but when she realized how much money was being made, she wanted in and started to brown-nose like the bitch she is. i hope she dies with a white mink fur coat on, so i can see the blood stains ruin that coat. skeet skeet skeet bitch.
when all is said in done, i might be bumpin this show up and moving eiher the simpsons or sienfeld down on my all-time shows chart.
im still trying to figure out how they are going to utilize hank into all this. is he gonna get back on the meth trail? his wife is gonna let him know that walt is made out of money. so hank is gonna either believe the gambling story or he is gonna conenct the dots and start looking into walt, and conenct jesse having ties with walt.
there are many possibilties and only one outcome. overall, i want to see more deaths, i know morbid wishing, but this finale, better have at least 5 deaths, one for every 20 minutes i watch this shit, otherwise it aint epic in my book. gus gonna die, skylar gonna die, saul gonna die, that whore gonna die for tryna poison the dealers, and we need some ultra innocent little fuck to die, and that person is gonna be walt jr. fuck it the gimp has got to go. no hold bar, steel razor cages, with tarantulas and boas and cobras crawling and slithering around the sides. they actually showed gus when he was younger in one of the episodes. it was the one episode with the pollos hermanos commercial. not the comemrcial itself, but tha episode.
gus was in the background as a pollos employee in teh restaurant kitchen preparing an order of chicken. i am assuming he is an immigrant and worked his way up. it shows in his shrewdniss and cold demenor. the real cold killers are emotionless and have a blank look in their faces like that guy from no country for old men and his pressurized air canister.
so he worked his way up from chicken fryer plucker at im assuming the first pollos restaurant to owning the restaurant and expanding it into a company with franchises in the south-midwest region.
mike was a cop, and sounds like he was a crooked cop. he couldnt handle the whole " a cop needs to be a good cop" and serve and trust in the cumminty. he saw thru taht bullshit and used his skills that he learned as a cop, for other real purposes that he believes in.
it makes me wonder about people and humans in general, like what people real intentions are and if they rally only want to benefit themselves and not humans as a whole. its a fucking twisted world.
