welp, bad news...apparently fridays are no longer open for the show...which kinda puts my ass in a bind cuz i had people coming friday as of last week.... +im in classes wed,thursday....so unfortunately the future of this show may fall under some choice decisions on if i wanna do it early in the week-at the same spot...ill keep yall posted within the next day or so, but if shit goes under, hope you enjoyed that shit while you could..i know some people wont be too happy with that decision but if its for the best, its for the best...

guess we gotta let all the artists that wanted to come through on friday know that their support is no longer needed for the station....

well robzilla never at any point said "i dont want these niggas in my house!!' or nothin,i dont wanna say hes hating...its just a bad look to switch shit up right now...and it makes me look bad to the guests that ive already promised and makes people not wanna fuck with it on a personal tip...its happened before, but last week got switched up and so did this one...i can only deal with so much and then be cool with the same niggas im switching up on, off camera... this happens to be the 3rd time a contraband show got fucked off...and as a fan of his shit im just over seeing it happen. either way ill get some footage friday with licwit and ill be there saturday.

Damn! My favorite Friday night shit since I don't club no more. Like you said though Gas , you've done 30 plus bangin ass shows. I hope you can find another way/spot to do your show though if that's what you want to do. If so you know I'm suppotin it. The show has put me up on a lot of artists that I may have never heard of or thought to give a listen to. Brought a hellll of a lot of traffic to Dagosd.com too I'm sure.
AINT NOBODY HATING ON NO ONE.. WE SIMPLY NEED GAS TO MOVE HIS SHOW TO ANOTHER DAY OR SET UP HIS SHOW AT HIS HOUSE FOR THAT NIGHT. FRIDAYS AT ROBS ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE, THAT DONT MEAN ANY OTHER DAY OR LOCATION FOR FRIDAY AINT. THE PROBLEM IS WE BEEN SACRIFICING OUR FRIDAY NITES FOR OVER 6 MONTHS BY GIVING GAS A PLACE TO DO THE SHOW AT. WHICH COSTS ROB MONEY (FEEDING ARTIST & ALCOLHOL) AND TIME. WE WANNA GET THE LIVE PERFORMANCES CRACKIN FOR FRIDAYS AGAIN.. ORIGINALY, GAS WAS ONLY SUPPOSE TO DO THE SHOW FROM ROBS JUST TO GET ON HIS FEET AND GET HIS COMPUTER CRACKIN (DONT KNOW WHUT HAPPEN TO THAT). SO ITS ALL ON GAS.. IF HE WANNA PART WAYS OR NOT, DagoSD WILL STILL SUPPORT THE TOWNS MUSIC AND GAS IN WHUTEVER DECISION HE DECIDES TO MAKE!

everything happens for a reason...i'm my own man and i see nothing wrong with me spreading my wings and doing something else with my time, whether thats building my own name and my own business, getting money in other ways or deciding id rather watch TV instead of play politics...ive planned on having my own site and had the domain a long time ago and ive never made that a secret...weve made history for san diego as far as having the live show cracking...no other rap based radio station in this entire city can say they did what i did on that show...almost anyone you can name thats a factor in SD rap has came through to the studio...and no one can take that from the show...that IMO was based on a prime time slot, i was able to bring 'tonite show' type clientele and have a special time set aside for people.....EG you move conan o brien from late nite fridays to 8pm thursday theres gonna be changes seen...i have my feelings about the changes and thats just how i feel. theres no love lost on any side and ill still be active in the town regardless of my choices made, i been active before that so it aint no big deal.

i been listening to the agnb radio shows lately funny enough...quite a bunch of shit unfolded in 33 weeks...
to anyone whos new to this thread you can tstill hear it, just go to www.dagosd.com and look for all gas no brakes radio...if anyone has favorite moments or freestyles or shows let me know...imma do some shit w season 1 but stay tuned to that..
we'll see tho...when i was doing all gas no brakes i was really just on some raw shit....i actually do know how to use turntables, i play instruments know how to make beats all that shit....i didnt showcase any of that...it was just about the music and the energy of the show...its dope people really liked the shit...was a crazy moment in my life and i had to make it a special thing...i actually was arrested the day of a show in between those 33 weeks lmao..shit was real...it was damn near like a realty tv show at times...like if you was up on the show, alot of the songs and skits had to do with shit i was goin through....
now that im listening to it i notice alot of weeks are hella different..and so is the music choices...its weird listening to it myself now in comparison to doing it, i have a different respect for my own show now.....while i was doing it i wasnt really soaking it in from a third person perspective...and some of the skits in the middle of songs are hilarious as fuck....
thank yall for the support..and i gotta thank all the artists that fucked with me, that was love...if theres a season 2 we will make sure to do it super big...the only way we gonna get on the map is to work together, and shout out to dagosd for linking up with me to start that movement up.
