If you have boneless chicken, you can cook it pretty much any way you want, and then shred it up.

I would boil it for at least 25 minutes.

Crock pot.......cook with seasoned salt, pepper, chopped onions and bell pepper, and beef broth until it starts to fall apart.

You can add BBQ Sauce, gravy, au jus, or whatever you prefer for flavor.

Here's a tip........take canned corn, empty all the water and add half a cube of REAL butter and half of one of them taco packets and you get mexicali corn like they used to give us in the school lunches. LOVE it!

SDM,

I got a bit of a dilema.

I'm seeing this chick and she has a 4 year old kid, is still married, but has been seperated for 9 months.. Its not serious we have heaps of fun together, but eventually... you know the drill..

Should I ride it out or should I tell her to try and get back with her husband? PS i'm not looking after someone elses kid and don't plan too

Your last sentence pretty much answers your question.

If a woman has been in a long term relationship (marriage, etc.) and then gets out of it, you can pretty much bet that any relationship she starts within the first year, she is looking for a replacement. Give her some time to mourn her marraige, and then see if you and her are still cool.
