Real Estate is easily one of my favorite bands right now. I posted some of their stuff a little while ago but I don't remember if anyone checked it out or not.

Anyways, this is their March '09 tour CDR and it fucking rules. It has a bit of a Ducktails feel to it in some parts but that's no surprise seeing Matthew Mondanile is in the band. Ducktails is awesome too by the way.

I can't wait until their full length debut album comes out.

The Saxon Shore is REALLY good..."This Place" is a pleasent surprise, never expected that on there.

The Flaming Lips side is horrible. It takes over 2 mins for the damn song to even start!
