I downloaded the demo and I was extremely disapointed by it. The lightsaber is hella weak, you might as well be hitting people with a stick since they have a health bar and there's no limbs flying off. The block button sucks there should auto blocking like jedi outcast. Honeslty all I wanted though was jedi outcast with better graphics, force powers, and no shooting. However the force powers were pretty fun to play around with and the story is supposed to be pretty good too. I might pick it up eventually though it isn't what I expected. Also it's only like 10 hours long with no multiplayer, but you can go back and do missions with upgraded powers.
I was hoping for better reviews too but after playing the demo I wasn't expecting them.

I really liked the game, really cool story that ties in directly with what happens between ep. 3 and 4 and doesnt mess anything up. Nearly all the boss battles had an epic feel to it, and when you finally defeat them you get a sense of accomplishment. Star Destroyer was a bitch tho and no fun. Once I beat it though I realized I had wasted my money, theres no online play and fuck playin the same thing twice. Rent it.
Are they makeing a new Force Unleashed?? Good.. I knew they are comein out with that StarWars MMO, which will probably be the first MMO i'll ever actually pay for lol.. I thought the first one was hella fun, if it was longer and had some sorta online play (even light saber battles would be of been dope) then i think it defiantly wouldve been a very good game.. It's not worth purchaseing because of those flaws, but if you havn't played it i'd go out and rent it today.
Jus be prepared to throw you're controller a few times when u try to grip that stardestroyer.
I also agree that they made the aprentience way too powerful.. I mean, to pull a freaking ship out of orbit and crash it??? If that was possible the Death Star wouldn't of been as big as a threat as it was lol
edit: oh yeah as other people have said the story is wonderful and defiantly the most standout feature of the game.. But if you're not a star wars fan then you'll most likley not get as much out of it.
