Yes it was ashame that pac didnt feature in the dusted n disgusted video, but 40 put it out without him due to pac's legal woes at the time, he didnt want pac painted in the wrong light to the media as he was just after being convicted of rape. Celly Cell does a sterling job in his place and the track is an all time classic in that golden era of hip-hop
