GoDaddy is good for domains.

I used to mess with HostColor.com they had good support and good prices, never had any major problems.

GoDaddy is expensive or at least more expensive.. but you get more bandwidth and storage.

Depends on what type of stuff you offer to download any MP3 site might get kicked by your host.....
