It may be crap 2 you but just cuz u didn't like it doesn't mean it wasn't good. Your just one of these cats that turned it on expecting a bunch of blood & guts but what u got was more of a story rather then nigga-nuts-and-guts. The movie was very good IMO. If u don't like films like this then go back 2 watching chick flicks like were already doing before..

Like I said you know nothing about the source material. Because of this you don't have a significant frame of reference to even attempt to determine what my expectations were for the movie.

Not that it's the only reason this movie was bad, far from it, but it is significant.

I mean you're even talking about "what the Hughes Brothers did was give u their own theory of who they think the killer might of been".

You seriously have no clue.

^ ^ ^The point I was making was that they could of went any direction that they wanted with the ending & who the killer was cuz the case was unsolved but wanted 2 use their own theory in the end & that's what they did. I found nothing wrong with that.

You still don't understand. Because for the third time YOU DON"T KNOW THE SOURCE MATERIAL.

Addtional reasons it's no good:

Heather Graham British? Uhhh riiiiight. This is Roller Girl we're talking about right?

The whole absenthe drinking dandy performance by Depp was weakness.

The movie works neither as a horror nor a mystery. Seriously lacks suspense and intrigue. Not interesting at all. Not an in depth viewing of victorian era society either.

Well name one fuckin movie that was identical to an actual case. They gotta change some things to make the movie flow better 4 cinematic purposes. Like I said its not even considered a horror movie cuz it was based more on the ivestigation & not the actual murders. It worked off as a mystery just fine IMO. U don't know who the killer is or even know how they are gonna 2 end the movie cuz it iz a mystery. I bet in the end u did'nt know that they were gonna use their own theory as to who the killer was. For the most part a person watching it would've figured they would just kill off all them hoes & thats it. the Hughes Brothers added a lil twist to it.

No, YOU still dont understand.

I like the MOVIE becuase it was ENTERTAINING. So do others that liked the movie, obviously. That is MY opinion...NOT yours. You didnt like it, great...we get it, now keep it movin and stop trying to convince everyone else that your opinion means more than our own.

I really dont give a flying Tucan FUCK if it has anything to do with any of the source material...kapeesh?
