Fresno’s annual Grizzly Fest, a celebration of all things musical in the Valley, finally arrives this weekend.
The all-day music fest, located at Chukchansi Park, will provide a mellow wave of indie rock, reggae, hip hop and more Saturday.
Rebelution will headline, playing from 11:15 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Sunday morning.
Rapper Lupe Fiasco, who may be most well-known for the internet uproar caused by an anti-semitic track released last year will perform at 10:05 p.m.
The lineup also includes Dilated Peoples, Fashawn, Dr. Dog, E-40 and other notable national acts playing all day across three stages.
As for the Central Valley’s flavor, local performers include Ray Yung, Sagey, Slow Season, The Faculty, Call Me James, Hate Drugs, Mary-Denise and more.
In all, there will be 21 artists, six DJs, food trucks, a pro skate demo, an art hop and more.
DETAILS: Grizzly Fest begins at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 29 at Chukchansi Park, 1800 Tulare St., Fresno. Tickets are $45 for general admission or $90 for VIP access. For more information, visit www.grizzleyfestival.com
