Ice Cube and a few former NBA players are starting a traveling 3-on-3 pro basketball league called BIG3.
According to The Fader, the eight-team league will include retired NBA players Jermaine O’Neal, Jason Williams, Rashard Lewis, and Stephen Jackson, along with Gary Payton as one of the coaches.
Ice Cube’s business partner Jeff Kwatinetz (founder and CEO of The Firm) and deputy executive director of the NBA Players Association (and former NBA shooting guard) Roger Mason are also heading the project in collaboration with Cube.
