The Bay Areas Tia Nomore truly defined herself as an artist with the release of her Holloween EP. As a young artist in a city that has spawned so many legendary artists, Tia Nomore definitely has big shoes to fill, but you can tell she’s up for the challenge when you listen to any of her work because it uncovers her unique character and progressive approach. Following the unveiling of her official lead single off the aforementioned project, the Exxclusive-produced “Camry’s,” Tia returns with the first visuals from the opus. Showcasing the ability to create an unwrinkled collaboration, Nomore rounds up HBK Gang members Iamsu! and CJ for the official Gadget-directed music video for “The Opposition.”
Honing in on a topic that is relatable to so many, Tia explained, “‘The Opposition’ record were facts which addressed vultures trying to merge in my lane, it was like me saying if you gon’ pick a side, then ride. I felt something needed to be said to the wave watchers and the result was priceless. Iamsu! had a story to tell, so we made it cohesive.”
The Iamsu and CJ-assisted sounds originally appeared on Tia Nomore’s debut album, Holloween, which was released under the Stoop Kids Music Group imprint and is available now on iTunes.
