King Deazel was born and raised on the West Side of Chicago, in Humboldt Park. The young rapper began getting involved with music at the age of 8, although he says that music has always been a part of him. Deazel’s passion for music is relentless and he officially began his career as an artist at the age of 17. Since then, King Deazel has created numerous powerful singles and mixtapes and more than 50 videos, filmed around the U.S., from New York to L.A. Two years ago, his breakout mixtape, Worth the Weight, proved that his introduction to the music world was indeed just that.
Today, King Deazel remains just as focused as ever on perfecting his craft. Now living in Miami, Deazel gets to put in constant work with his main producer, Mudd Gang, and engineer Chris Burnett, as they continue to produce a new wave of sounds, including his latest mixtape, Straight out da Mudd. Pushing his new single, “Hot Boy,” King Deazel takes it to the streets to equip the defiant track with a luxury-filled visual. Directed by The Lunch Crew.
