From way up in Northern Sacramento, Ca, Joining us over the phone, in our First Exclusive Jail Interview, Chito Ranas talks about his current incarceration, his motivations, routines and ways to cope with being locked up. Starting as an independent artist, Chito Ranas caused a shockwave that caught the attention of Various Mexican Rap Artists such as King Lil G, resulting in him signing a deal with G’s label AK47 Boyz. Following his short stay with AK47 Boyz, Chito Ranas continued molding his craft and building his independent name and brand, Mala Records, with the people closest to him. With the releases of his songs Patrullando, El Taliban, Riches, North Sac Baby and his collaborations with Swifty Blue, Chito Ranas has been gaining recognition for telling his story and painting it in his own unique way. Through his current incarceration, he has not put a stop to his creative process, with the help of his Manager, he has been releasing music for his followers even while being incarcerated. Coming out of Sacramento, CA, Chito Ranas has managed to display ambition, and work ethic.
