WC - Ghetto Heisman - Bang Loose

Well Bang Loose is probably my favorite track from Dub C's new CD, but does anyone know who the first dude that immediately comes in is?? I cant find the featured list and I havent had a chance to buy that CD yet so I cant look. He has a higher pitched voice than W C and has some cool lyrics... from like 0:00 to 1:00 or so.. im almost positive its not Dub C and if it is ill feel like a fool... hah
