The very link you provided also has a link to the PDF MANUAL for your workstation. Why don't you DOWNLOAD, OPEN and READ page 43-44 of the manual. (41 shows you how to make the connection via usb.)

I know you are new at this, and you want to record your music, but this is YOUR equipment (I don't own this unit), and you should want to know the ins and outs of your gear. Basically, I'm telling you to start reading your manuals.
