No, I’m just curious as to why Jews are not allowed, or do not choose to type the word god but typing g-d is perfectly ok? Alternatively, can you write g o (| or does it always have to be the “o” that is not written? Are jews offended when other people write the word GOD?

Sort of. It still doesnt really explain why that's a sign of respect. Basically you're telling me that by not writing or saying God it's respectful, but you're not telling me why.

I'm just trying to understand comrade, not trying to fuck with you.
