i know that when raided was in court they used the line from the murder that was somethin like 'im killin mommys and daddys(blabla)... and sparin you' but was that the only lyric used in court? cuz that hardly seems like something that could connect raided with the murder.... and also, i got my copy of psycho active a couple years ago and on the inside cover it has pics for albums that came out in like 99 so it was obviously a reissue but on this cd, are there songs that have clips cut out of them that are on the original 92 version but not the newer one that i have?

the story of the murder is, x and three others came to the house of patty harris, looking for her 2 sons who where bloods, they knocked on the door posing as police, and when mrs. harris started opening the door, they kickid it in braking the chainlock. there was a strugle, and in the confusion of the darkness mrs. harris was shot once in the heart. lyrics that where soposedly a "predication" of that night whent something like "i'm kickin down dores wavin gats, fuck a discution", and "i'm killin momma's, fathers blah blah" the prosecuting attorney argued that it strongly resembled his actions towards mrs. harris, and provided charachter description as to how violent and "thuggish" he was
he wasnt convicted on lyrics. i think the key peice of evidence that convicted him, was a peace of paper found at the crime seen, which had the number to jaz brown's (x's mom) hotel in texas where she had been vacationing.
the lyrics from the song where just to prove charachter. i think hanred the d.a. played the song in court, one to try and frighten the jurours, and two to provide a sense of who x was, to show that x had rapped saying he would do it. saying he was cold heated enough to slay any one who stands in the way of him and his foe. not promising that it was the same scenerio, but saying that it was close enough to it, that he couldnt claim that its an act he wouldnt comit.
