Just used a flyer that was promoting the anghellic cd, same thing as his cover and used the lasso and filled most of it with many layers. They call it vector graphics.. Yeah so I guess I made it all from scratch then.. Ill try to get an absolute power made, when I get the cd on the 23rd at the signing

vectors, if made from scratch can be resized as much as you want without losing quality. normally used for promotional logos, etc. you can also produce a similar effect using photoshop (best done with a vector prog. tho) /filter/artistic/cutout (mess with the levels) like so:
