I watched his items last week. and just when thought to bid on em,
he took em away.

Now this week it happened again, I asked why he ended his last auction early?

this is what I got as response:

the problem is, my auctions doesn´t always work, and were not
foundable over trhe ebay.com startsite and over sellers other itens.
i
write it to ebay but they don´t get it fitted before my last auction
ends.
thats the reason why i put the cds out.
the actual auctions are not
findable too, i let two seperate people look for it and no one found.

If nobody put a bid from day 1 till day 5 of the auctions it don't means that nobody won't to buy these cds and if the start pirce is 1$ means that you want to sell this cd for 1$ or more.

This is 99.9% likely what happened

A couple of times with me also, even on my last auction w/ Da Nite Nyrs cd.

You're especially prone to this happening if you provide tracklists in your listing!

No, I followed twice his auction. Last week and 2 weeks ago. When I asked the first time why he stopped his auctions I had the same answer than takin no shortz, auctions were not visible by 2 of his friends so he stopped them. Then he put them back on ebay so I checked from ebay.com and ebay.de auctions were visible from the both websites. Plus the guy already sold cds so how could he does a mistake that he never made ?

It is more likely that he ended up his auctions because of the price.

Oh.. He had nothin to lose in telling you straight up.. Shit, If i ended an auction early cause of that, and someone asked.. I'd tell them.. THen ask what theyre offer is..
