ive read this book several times...hubert selby jr. has some dope shit, check out last exit to brooklyn



hubert selby jr was also a mentor to richard price, whos dope as fuck too. hes wrote several books that went to movies (the wanderers, clockers, freedomland), and is a good screenwriter (The Wire, The Color of Money, Ransom)

Yeah just watched this movie and the scenes are crazy dope. Just became one of my top favorite movies. The story, the characters overall a great movie.

I swear, the only time I've ever had a bad trip on anything (trees in this case) was when I watched this movie.


This movie tripped me out and not in a good way. Been kinda weary to watch it again. The old lady and infomercial scenes really stick out to me still.
