I think you took away too much contrast, but that's a bad picture of the lizard man... but the background looks coo, the contrast just looks a little off to me is all

seems like when i convert to jpg it changed the quality. imma take yalls advice and mess with the contrast

@B-pLeAsE, yeah man PSP sux ass at saving jpg's and it makes the files too big.. i usually just save as .psd, open in photoshop and save as jpg in there, much better quality and smaller file size.

ur problem could also be as simple as
not using the SAVE FOR WEB option
instead of the SAVE AS......
when u SAVE FOR WEB it corrects the colors that u will see
to represent what u saw on ur monitor when u made it

I remember the original flic it was very small...Photoshop is good but not that good.
