Looks like actress Lindsay Lohan got some unwanted birthday punches.

Lohan was allegedly punched in the face early today by a waitress at a LA club on her 24th birthday, according to a report.

A witness told Us magazine's website that Lohan -- who sipped Red Bulls and hid her SCRAM bracelet with thigh-high boots -- was assaulted at the Voyeur Nightclub on Santa Monica Boulevard.

The "Herbie: Fully Loaded" star was ordered last month to wear the anklet, which detects alcohol in her sweat, after missing probation hearings related to drug and DUI arrests.
"The waitress has a history with actor Doug Reinhardt, and Lohan was hanging out with him. She was jealous, and out of nowhere, the waitress punched her in the face!" the insider tells Us.

"Doug didn't want any part of it and went to the other side of the booth. Lohan ran out."

Lohan confirmed the incident.

"A waitress just hit me -- punched me for no reason," Lohan said in a Twitter message around 1 a.m. West Coast time.

The night didn't get much better from there for Lohan.

She then decided to go to a party at the nearby Rockstar House -- and ran into the waitress for a second time.

"Lohan showed up and cried because the waitress was there as well," said another source. "Some birthday."

In 2007, Lohan was charged with reckless driving, drunken driving, and driving under the influence of cocaine. She was sentenced to probation and mandatory alcohol education classes.

Lohan recently missed a court date because she said her passport had been stolen while she was at the Cannes film festival in France.

PORT ELIZABETH, SOUTH AFRICA -- A court in South Africa has dropped charges of possessing and smoking marijuana against socialite Paris Hilton.

The socialite appeared late Friday in a FIFA World Cup courtroom after being arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana at a quarterfinal between Brazil and the Netherlands.

"Paris Hilton was questioned today by police in South Africa on allegations of smoking marijuana," a publicist for Hilton, Dawn Miller, said in a statement.

"However I can confirm that the incident was a complete misunderstanding and it was actually another person in the group who did it," the statement said. "The case has been dropped against Paris and no charges will be made."

When told the case had been dropped, Hilton said "thank you" and left the courtroom.

Hilton wrote on Twitter later: "Everything is fine guys. I had nothing to do with it."

Hilton pleaded no contest in 2007 to alcohol-related reckless driving and was sentenced to 45 days in jail. After spending about 23 days in jail, Hilton told Larry King that the experience caused her to re-evaluate the role partying played in her life. She said she wanted "to help raise money for kids and for breast cancer and multiple sclerosis."

LOS ANGELES — Porn star Tommy Gunn will get a taste of crossover stardom in an upcoming episode of HBO’s “Entourage,” he told XBIZ.
In an episode filmed just days ago, Gunn said he played the role of male talent at a photo shoot where he encounters his ex-girlfriend — Sasha Grey, who appears on the show as herself —and her new boyfriend, Vince Chase, a lead character on “Entourage” played by mainstream actor Adrian Grenier.

“My appearance was brief, but I did get some dialogue with the lead characters,” Gunn said. “In the scene, I play Sasha’s ex and there’s a lot of tension while she introduces me to her new boyfriend.”

The episode’s air date is yet to be announced, Gunn said, adding that his performance received good feedback from the show’s producers.

Grey makes her first appearance on “Entourage” in the fifth episode of the seventh season. The first episode of the seventh season premiered last night.

Gunn said his appearance marks his debut in mainstream. However, future plans include appearances on mainstream Canadian television, where Gunn will appear on a show he described as the equivalent to “True Blood” on a network similar to HBO or Showtime.

Currently, Gunn said he is focusing on his production company, London Gunn Films, formed with fellow performer/director Marcus London. In addition to new 3D content, to serve as a follow-up to “Tommy Gunn’s Cummin’ At You.”

“Just call it my second cumming,” Gunn said.
