Has anyone noticed Tech N9ne;s Lets Go playing in the movie " Brotherhood"

so im not surprised we have never heard of it

I think I mentioned this a few months ago in the Random Thought thread.

I watched the movie because a friend told me it was good. It's simple and pretty short but I liked it quite a bit.

It won awards at the SXSW festival, so I'm sure that's where the connection comes from.

SXSW is a music, arts, and film festival that Tech has played at.

This song drop in the movie may be a part of a connection Strange made during their time at the festival.

so why do u think strange didnt promote it like the other movies if it was a good connection ?

Because they obviously make a big deal of movie connections since the Alpha Dog fallout.

It's an independent movie, and they likely only gave them permission to use it and didn't make any further connections with the production company(or filmmaker) to promote it.
