Somebody got the bright idea to ask Lasorda how he felt about the Giants winning the 2010 World Series. Lasorda was not amused. At first, he pretended to not even acknowledge the question. Than he answered it the only way one would expect a man who claims he bleeds Dodger blue and calls Dodger Stadium "Blue Heaven on Earth."
"Who was that? I didn't hear that. What was that? Well it took them 50 years. It may take them 50 more. I don't know, they have a good pitching staff so that's enough about them."
