Geto Boys are from Texas, signed to rap-a-lot (and Def America at one point), the first of their albums came out around 1987, featuring Prince Jonny C as the main rapper. They had a few different line ups, the best was when the group consisted of Scarface, Willie Dee, Bushwick Bill and DJ Ready Red.
The track you are looking for is on the album "The Resurrection" from 1996.
