Thinking about checking this out today. I've heard good things. Although most reviews say it doesn't quite compare to District 9 and is a bit more on the action side and less storyline.

This movie was awesome. I wasn't expecting it to be District 9, and it isn't. It really isn't anything like it, but it's really good. Elysium actually reminds me of a Halo Ring.

I thought Damon's character was an unlikeable asshole from the first few minutes, and that pretty much changed how I watched it.
