Does anyone know how to make custom Pendants for Chains? Plz help me out!!

I have a design for a Pendant that I want made and I am willing to pay the price basically what the design is a Ruff Ryder "R" Pendant but with it cut out into a K please look at the design should be easy to make these were all made in photoshop...........if anyone could do this be happy to make you a CD COVER I charge $30 but if someone makes it i will do it for free and pay for the pendant...........

if your gonna spend your hard earned money, u should go wit somethin different......if u go wit tha MuffHyder "k" people are gonna just think its the "r" , be original!!!! design your own then go to the jewery shop and see how much it would cost........
