DMS - The Next Up

Is this album by the DMS from Seattle? Supposedly this album dropped in 2006, I had no clue those guys were still making music together, but I have a feeling it is a different DMS b/c there is a song called "Huskie Country" but it is an anthem about Northern Illinois University, not the UW.

Anybody have any information?
