what do you mean by "regular pro tools"? pro tools le lacks certain features that the hd system software doesnt.
you will be able to save your pro tool sessions (if you are using one of the smaller units) and import them into the larger systems (hd)
in order to do so you MUST have version 5.1 or later (5.1.1 and 6)....if not your in a world of trouble....make sure you load the songs up with the EXACT same sample rate as they were recorded......if not your tracks are going to play slooooooooooooooooooooooooow when you import them (when importating wav files into pro tools).
