i think it is teh XFL 2. but i dono, they say their plans are to develop players.

The XFL wasn't that bad. It was just operated horribly. They expected it to compete immediately with the NFL, when in reality, they should have gone the route of the Arena Football League (before they shut down this year). That way, it probably would have lasted more than 1 season
