Dante Culpepper Headed to UFL....reunites w/ Denny Green

Daunte Culpepper is on the verge of signing with the Sacramento Mountain Lions of the UFL. According to ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter, the deal will bring the first marquee NFL name to the new league but he won't be the last. Culpepper will be reunited with Denny Green, head coach and GM of the Mountain Lions. Green was coaching the Vikings when Culpepper had his best seasons in the NFL.

Pretty dope that u can see him play at Sac State, since thats where the Mountain Lions (haha) are playing this year. Sac State's gonna get a brand new turf field cuz of their agreement with the UFL.

Daunte had alot of passion for the game back during his best years with the Vikings...

hopefully this reignites some of that for him. I think he could still put up some good numbers against lesser competition.

the NFL should adopt the UFL as a farm system kinda like baseball.....

I think they expanded to 6 or 8 teams but I havent really been paying attention to tha UFL
