they aint say it was boosie they said the shit happened at his house because whoever ran over the lil girl had 5 kids and thought they was all in the car but one was behind the car, the man backed up and ran her over and the kids were hangin out at boosie's house because he lets the neighbor hood kids come kick it at his crib probly cuz he got kids that they are friends with.

but thats what happened they aint say nuthin about boosie runnin over no lil girl.
