No Limit recording artist C-Murder also known as Corey Miller is running into more problems with his second-degree murder charge. Having been in Jefferson Parish Correctional Facility for the last seven months, things have not looking up for Master P’s little brother. The prosecutor in his case has been allowed by the courts to introduce a videotape of another alleged incident C-Murder was involved in where he fired a gun outside of a nightclub after refusing to be searched.

With this ruling the prosecutors will be allowed to bring in witnesses from the nightclub as well as the videotape. Although C-Murder maintains his innocence in the situation, earlier reports of a cellular phone snuck into the jail for his use, has not helped his case. C-Murder’s defense attorneys in the case are struggling to build a defense against the prosecution’s case, due to the fact that they say the state is not sharing their information. He is due back in front of a judge on August 28th.
