Buccaneers looking at signing Andre Rison. Good or Bad?

Do you think it's a good or bad move? They got a few solid guys in Keenan McCardell, Keyshawn Johnson, and Joe Jurevicious. Not to mention Jaquez Green. they need to waste money on a running back
