Madman Records/Gangway Inc. is searching for people interested in joining our street team. We aren't talkin about bullshit pass-out-stuff-for-us-for-free fan applications: we are offering you, the fans, an opportunity to join our street team as paid members of the Gangway family. If you are interested (and we accept you) you will be given a legal contract obligating you to do the job and us to pay you.
Job Description: It would be your job to pass out fliers, Put up posters & stickers, and to boost awareness of Gangway Inc. in your city. As well, you would be expected to check all of your local retailers and report to us whether or not our product is on the shelf ((and to provide us with the stores contact information). Suggested targets would be malls, high schools, colleges, Jr. high schools, clubs, skating rinks, area's near record stores, and any poppin hoods in the city (to postmaterial). Gangway will pay all mebersw of the team in each of our target markets according to Soundscan numbers: for every product you promote for us, we will pay you 10% of the royalties generated by sales of our product in your city. The royalty rate will be set in the contract. As everyone knows, Soundscan reports can't be altered (we can't lie about the number of units sold) so this payment system allows you to gcontrol your income: The better you promote, the more units we sell:More units we sell, more money you make. Its that simple. We are willing to put it on paper and represent it 100%
