im not from the northwest but im lookin to buy some acreage to build a house for myself in Washington. is the land somewhat cheap near cities like seattle tacoma or spokane? is it affordable to live there or are prices really high like it is here in sac.
i just moved up here last december from cali and i can tell you this, cost of living is more expensive here in Seattle than what it is in Sac...your best shot for land would be in central washington but aint shit down that way...1
near spokane aint bad..but yeah seattle is like the bay as far as prices..but you could get somethin an hour from seattle for not bad..just look on the net...
Are you looking to develope and build on vacant land, or buy an existing property? If the latter, u should holler at me for the home loan. I don't really do construction loans though... good luck in your decision...
