I hope all of you who are going around and downloading the advance copy of AP are really gonna buy the cd when it comes out. I think it's a fuckin shame that people are even posting shit and asking for illegal mp3s of the new album. And straight up doing it on the Tech and Strange Music board. That right there is disrespectful in my mind. I hear a lot of people sayin they are gonna buy the album anyways but they just need to hear it now. And I hope 100% of you saying that are gonna stick to your promise. If you just want to listen to it to see if you'll like it or not CLICK HERE and you can preview all the tracks on the album, then wait til the album is in your local music store to hear the whole thing and get the BONUS DVD.
I just wish people whould show some more respect up here on the Strange Music Board, this aint a mp3 trading group.

it is fucked up that people would request the album on the official board... whoever uploaded those clips, well done. i tried to calm people down by sending out a low quality rip of 1 track, but then i see everyone crying about not gettin' the entire album. so, fuck you too. yeah ive heard the album, as many people here have and of course im gonna buy the cd when it drops. shit, i picked up celcius from the sicc shop, w/international order! and when AP drops im gonna pick it up from here aswel, and i hope you all do the same.

That's why he's doing a long ass promotional tour just up til days before his album comes out. People know who Tech is and if they don't this tour is hitting major cities. His previous 3 albums and celcius are all out on the net in mp3, plus over 100 guest appearances. So don't tell me nobody is gonna know who tech is. Putting mp3s on the net isn't a promotional idea, it's a bootlegging idea. Strange has snippit cds and dvds to promote Tech. If you wanna help out with that then call the Strange office and get hooked up (816) 229-4700.

I have to agree. I feel this post even more since I am in the music business. Bootlegging has caused many cd's to be cancelled. I am all for downloading shit to hear and sample, but alot of you fools are out of control......I think it is sad. Even worse that yall are on the Strange board asking for shit. I still buy my cd's, and I feel like the odd man out for it.

It might not hurt major releases as much...but the internet can very easily kill local and indy projects. One of you fuckers gets it..then feels like you need to impress people by sending it out (possibly making up for a lack of self approval caused by a small penis???). You all send it here and there...then it is all over the net. That can virtually kill smaller artists. And I see alot of you say you will buy the cd when it drops, but most of ya conveniently forget to buy it.

And like Ra said...half of yall cry your fucking eyes out when you can't get the shit. To this day I got people IM'ing me everytime I am online wanting this and that...whole fucking albums...of Tech and other KC artists. I think it is said that Strange sent out 600 pre-press cd's..and in less than a week AP was on the net......ALL OVER THE NET.

The net should be a tool for information...not stealing and bootleggin. I hope that whatever you all do...someone steals from you. Cause thats what yall are doing....unless you buy it

I have been downloading the mp3's and im still gonna buy the cd. Here are a few reasons why.

1. You cant download the dvd and the bonus tracks.
2. You lose quality with mp3s.
3. Tech n9ne is the shit.

I think most everybody here that has been downloading his shit will buy the cd. case closed.

No doubt I'm gonna buy it, I've been sending out some of Techs old ish and a couple new ones to people that don't know who he is. I mean by spreading the word and playing AP in my ride and people asking me who it is, Tech is already getting my support plus 15-45 others, and then they tell they're friends and so on. But like I said before I'M GOING TO BUY IT.

I see where everybody is coming from on the bootlegging point but for who is mad about people who have the a.p. already
I believe that everybody is still going to buy it for the 6 bonus songs and dvd footage. If nobody would buy it for the extra disc they are not true tech fans. I got the A.P already and it is what we call "sizzlin"(or however you spell that word). I'm going to buy it to get to hear the rest of my song "Shocked" and everything else. you're right on Remedy, i'm very happy with the responses on the board, my main point was coming on here and telling people you have the mp3s and passing them back and forth by using this board. People are gonna get the advance one way or another, and i'm sure 90% of us are going to buy at least one copy. I bought 3 copies of anghellic so i plan on doing at least the same for AP. And if you are a true fan and don't buy the cd for the DVD part alone, you're an ABSOLUTE fool!
