I just d/l'ed The Ring and everytime i try playing it all i get is sound, no picture. It d/l's the decompressor, but it says to try resatarting the comp. When i do it just does it again. I tried opening it w/ a divx player, but it just says "Failed to open..........". Anyone know what to do.
