Yo, just wanted to give you guys a heads up that 40 is going to be on Chronicle Live today at 5:00 PM on Comcast SportsNet Bay Area. The show is going to re-air at 9 and 11 PM too. Spread the word, gonna be a good one.

I just got back from this beat battle put on by Red Bull out in Seattle. Two cats were out reppin for the Bay Cambo (who made it to the quarter finals) and 1.OAK Both cats killed it, Cambo knocked out a lot of big dudes, and 1.Oak got beat in the first round by the dude who would go on to win...
