BECUZ OF WORK ETHIC AND SONGS DONE I HAD 2 DECIDE BETWEEN E-40, MAC DRE, TOO SHORT AND JACKA. I MIGHT BE BIASED BUT IN 2016 I FEEL JACKA AND E-40 THE MOST. BEEN BUMPIN SOME OLD MOBFIGAZ MUSIC THIS MORNING AND I GOTTA GO WITH THE BULL. SOMETIMES WHEN U KNOW PPL U DON'T FULLY RESPECT THEIR LYRICAL TALENT BUT WHEN I LISTEN NOW I REALLY REALIZE HOW DOPE HE WAS AND HOW HE KEPT HIS OWN STYLE MADE ME RESPECT HIM MORE THAN I CAN EXPLAIN IN WORDS.
WE LOST ANOTHER GREAT ONE. THATS A GOOD REASON 4 PPL 2 SUPPORT THE ARTISTS THAT ARE STILL HERE.
ANYWAY, HAPPY DEUCE DEUCE DAY YALL.

JACKA WILL BE CONSIDERED AN UNDERGROUND ARTIST BUT HE HAD A LONGER CATALOG OF WORK THAN MOST PPL RECOGNIZE....WE'RE ALL FANS OF OUR OWN KINDA RAP AND IM JUST MORE A FAN OF WHAT JA RAPPED ABOUT THAN 40 AND EVEN DRE AT TIMES.
SOME OF HIS OLDER WORK WASNT ON PROFESSIONAL MICS ALSO...IF HE HAD A BIGGER PLATFORM FOR HIS VOICE HE WOULD PROBABLY GET MORE ACCLAIM.
IN MY OPINION OF COURSE)

I'm biased, but I think Mac Dre would've been had he not gone to jail for so long. As far as commercial success and catalog, 40 gotta be the one unless you talkin' about MC Hammer

Jacka was amazing, but he didn't get a chance to do what he was capable of
i gotta be honest, i think him goin to jail is what helped him work on his music and perfecting it...although i wouldnt wish jail or prison on my worst enemy...sad we have to lose all these dope ass rappers to bullshit violence or long ass prison stretches

E-40
Because he made many classic albums/tracks, because he made music with big names like pac and snoop, because he basically wrote the bay dictionary and because he was a big part of the sicc wid it movement that made quality music

Too short is the bay godfather though
