Seems to be a good chunk of the west coast from what I just read, outages in Seattle too. Last time it happened in April in the Puget Sound I complained and got a good chunk of change off my bill. I'm at work right now and obviously still have internet here but I'm going to call and complain again tomorrow saying this is the 2nd time in as many months and get even more off.

Out here in the rural nw we only have charter cable internet. They're the only company that does cable internet so everyone has it. Nobody can run credit cards when they go down. Fuck them, but they're the only game in town.

I feel ya. I think most of America has a caffeine dependency so no one understands it. I've cold turkey quit all caffeine multiple times and always get horrible headaches and sleep issues.

My garage in texas was crazy... with just a 400hps was in the hundreds. Lucky the desert is dry, and swamp coolers are cheap.
