Another one in the books! Bayless did get involved to much but regardless Maidana just isnt on Floyd's level but who is. He still throws those wild punches and misses badly. Floyd wasnt at his best but I still scored the fight 9-3 with Maidana obviously given the 12th round so he really only won 2 rounds in my book. Floyd admitted he wasnt at his best tonight and I could tell but I knew it would still be enough. Anyway In thinkin Khan is next. Got Em!!

Maidana landed a mean "Marquez" counter right before the 3rd round ended that hurt Mayweather. Maidana then tried to hurt him again, which he did, but Floyd started running again. Right before the "biting" incident happened, Chino landed a mean right again and Floyd used the "biting" to get some rest. When Floyd took his rest, they showed putting his nose back in place! Now, look at Floyds face and look at Chino's face and tell me who got their face punched in? Im not saying Chino won, I'm saying Floyd ran like a bitch. I can only imagine how far he's gonna run once GBP brings in a contract to face Manny.

Neither fought a particularly good fight, both fought subpar I'd say in fact, and it was ruined further by Bayless. Any type of flow was interrupted by Bayless.

Luckily we got this fight for free. Long story short, Comcast was fucking up, wasn't coming in clear on one of the TVs, after some bitching on the phone no charge for the PPV, funny thing was a little before the main event started the picture came in perfect on the second tv.

And yeah there was no surprise by Mayweather. He was asked about Pacquiao and he said he needs to talk to his team and see what's best for him

I don't think Bayless affected the fight that much to be honest, but Maidana wasn't going to over work himself just to chase down Floyd. He did it vs Khan and we all know nothing happens but judges viewing it as defense. Even after the fight Chino didn't care he just wanted to go home and called out the judges, not the ref, for allowing Floyd to fight like that.

Floyd was a C fighter last night just like he said. This fight should have gone to a more deserving opponent. Maidana gassed out early. Watch him in rounds 4 and 5 and you will see it. And yeah Bayless was on some dumb shit but Maidana is an idiot. He was throwing with his head down, not even looking and getting hit. Wasn't cutting off the ring, got his left countered all night. Floyd only ran that last round. Aside from that his back was to the ropes for a quick minute or he was in the center and coming forward. Just face it, shit fight, a shit fighter in Maidana and a shit performance by Floyd.

Basically sums it. A few nice shots by both guys in the entire fight, subpar performances by both which was further made worse by an overly active referee. Chalk this one up as an L for the fans and move on.

Not sure who's next for Floyd, I personally want Keith Thurman but I understand the reality that he's not a big enough name yet, so I guess that leaves Garcia or Amir Khan. I would prefer Khan out of those two.
