Easiest, literally when I say easy - I'm talken you inject the spores in the bag, and keep them in a dark spot for 3 months. Look up Magic Truffles (Sclerotia).

They also had a vice on it:



You just have to realize that you need to multiply the grams you take to a get on a certain level of shrooms by like x5 to x10. Same active ingredient of psilocybin.
